@seners21 maybe it is ur screen prob. or motherboard prob..if u can hear the windows startup sound that’s mean is ur screen if not it is motherboard prob..

As soon as updated my computer (the media player and AVG) it asked should I let it shut down and when it shut down it did not come back on.
mine powers on for 5 seconds and shuts down without showng anything in screen pls help!!!

@Vinycenzo96 same hp prb charger work fine its show like its charging but wont start ….. and the light its blinking …. dont know rly but think its on the maderboard

My laptop is almost the same like he has…. mine just have the security fingerprint but is dead and it just wont power on..I think the problem is not the power supply because the charging ligth is on.. Does anybody know how he fix it because I can’t find any other video ( second part or something like that) thanks and sorry for my english….

@CRAZYCRAZYKEITH no i found out some power cable thing in side the computer broke and can’t be fix anymore and i mite have been playing with it a after it broke and MITE have droped something in there and mite have frided it
