    you copied the video of the guy who posted upon the same subject, march 7, and you’re proving equally dumb.
    A computer is called ‘frozen’ when it stops and you can’t do ANYTHING AT ALL.
    Plus, if you try to restart it, yo get a black screen with a white underscore up left, as if you’re expected to write something there.
    Get a clue!
